We have high pedigree reverse engineering capabilities. The depth and breadth of our processes have successfully enabled for the reverse engineering of a wide range of products including castings, complex machined componentry, and molded plastics for obsolescence solutions.

Engineered to Order

We offer custom fasteners, castings, ASME pressure vessels, flanges, supports, snubbers, valves, strongbacks, bearings, bushings, pipe spools, platforms, shafts, and embedments to the Customer's quality standards. We also offer evaluation and refurbishment services.

Mechanical and Electrical Components

Debora Smith provides pumps, heat exchangers, valves, strainers, pressure vessels, actuators, solenoids, rupture disks, electrical controllers, breakers, transformers, and fire protection devices, complete with the required certifications. We specialize in obsolete componentry.

Material Provision

We provide high quality raw forgings, castings, flanges, tubing, pipe, plate, beam, angle, caps, tees, channel, rebar, gaskets, o-rings, complete with certificate of conformance.

Project Managment

Debora Smith has on-staff PMP certified personnel with extensive Project Management and production control experience in our service industries. We offer onsite service to manage complex projects, field installations, or logistical evolutions.
